This stimulates Melanogenesis (production of melanin pigments) which can be used to prevent sunlight induced skin cancer by stimulating skin tanning. After the initial first few minor dosages to build your system up- use right before you have sun exposure (tanning bed or outside). Basically tans you 3x faster than just normal UV exposure because you have more melanin in your system.
